Scott Elliotto

Scott is an asset based lending professional with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Siena, Scott worked in business development and origination roles for Burdale and GE Commercial Finance, and underwriting roles at Fleet Capital and CIT.
Jason Schick
Managing Director
Underwriting
Jason has 15 years of experience in the Public Accounting and Banking industries, with experience at institutions including JPMorgan Chase Bank, Burdale Capital, and CIT. Jason has experience structuring, underwriting and syndicating transactions.
Daniel Carroll
VP Portfolio Management
Daniel has 28 years of accounting, operations, and consumer and ABL finance experience. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Daniel was the VP of Portfolio Management at CNH Finance and Triumph Healthcare Finance. Previously, he was the Controller for First Consumers National Bank, which offered private-label Visa and Mastercard credit card products before becoming one of the founders of CarePayment, a self-pay patient financing solution. Daniel passed the CPA exam in the state of Oregon.
Stephen Gaut
VP Underwriting
Stephen has over 18 years of experience in healthcare finance, in both underwriting and audit capacities. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Stephen was the VP of Underwriting for CNH Finance and Triumph Healthcare Finance. He has also held various roles at other finance institutions, and served as an audit manager at KPMG. Stephen is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas, and holds bachelor's and master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Linda Kasian
VP Underwriting
Linda has over 20 years experience in healthcare finance, including underwriting and portfolio management positions in asset based lending and real estate. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Linda was a VP-Bridge Underwriting at X-Caliber Capital and Underwriter at Gemino Healthcare Finance. Earlier in her career, Linda worked at regional banks in various capacities, including portfolio management, loan review, credit risk management and senior credit analyst.
Brendan Tully
VP New Business Originations
Brendan joined the new business originations team at Siena Healthcare Finance in 2023, covering the eastern U.S. out of New York. Before joining Siena, he was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Brendan was an Investment Banking Analyst with both Ziegler and Chesapeake Corporate Advisors, covering the healthcare sector. He began his career in finance as a field examiner with PNC Business Credit. Brendan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
Tracy Foster
Sr. Collateral Analyst
Tracy has over 15 years of documentation and operations experience and over 10 years healthcare ABL experience focused in collateral monitoring and loan operations. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Tracy was the Loan Administrator / Credit Analyst at CNH Finance and Triumph Healthcare Finance. She previously spent time as Leasing Associate for US Bank Equipment Finance.
James Kame
Collateral Analyst
James has six years of experience in the Finance and Banking industries. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare team, James was a Loan Administrator / Credit Analyst at CNH Finance. He previously spent time as a Licensed Relationship Manager at KeyBank.
